Owen looked up from the tactical station as Sherman approached, "Good morning sir. We are starting to have problem with the prisoners. Or at least the ring leaders. They are demanding to be moved to regular quarters and secured there. They are also demanding to know when they will be taken to a detention center."

Sherman folded his arms, shifted his weight slightly to the side as his brow slowly knitted together as Owen told him the news of the prisoners. If he had not been looking annoyed now, he certainly had to swallow it down now - lips only twitching at the sides.

"Well, why don't we give them a bubble bath at the same time." He retorted. "Have they given any plausible reason to be putting forth demands or do they just expect us to bow down?"

"I think the main complaints are from the higher ranking officers among the mutineers, basically saying that it is against Starfleet regulations to force senior officers to share cells with the lower ranks and that they should be confined to regular quarters. Also, the Klingon prisoner is demanding that he be put in contact with the home world and the High Council. He claims to be from an important family and says he is a member of the High Council. I sent word to have the more vocal prisoners moved to the Maximum security cells, away from the rest."

Isla scrubbed at her eyes.  Thankfully they had been able to take care of the repairs that needed done.  Now hopefully things would go smoothly.  Of course that always seemed like wishful thinking when she actually got down to it.  She half listened to what everyone was saying as she kept an eye on her computer screens.  She wasn't about to be taken off guard anymore.

Ensign Kala Pren looked up from the secondary operations station and hesitated a moment before speaking.

"Commander McAines. The latest damage control reports show that most of the major damage has been dealt with. One outer section of deck 5 has been sealed off and force fields have been put in place due to a large hull breach. Aft shields are down to eighty five percent efficiency due to two destroyed emitter arrays. I am trying to compensate."

Eyes closed, seated in the upright position with a straight posture and arms resting on the armrests, Ryn took a few meditative breaths slowly. Her medium to long slightly curled hair (brown with blonde highlights) was untied. Inhaling in and out, she breathed softly while listening to the chatter on the bridge. Her thoughts processed helping through her station. It was calming especially to tender her Klingon side. It was always usually volatile especially regarding matters to certain members that mutinied on her ship. If it was one thing she hated, it was mutineers.

Among the chatter on the bridge, her sharp ears picked on the soft conversation between her tactical officers about the needs of the prisoners. It was something they could handle. Nothing worth mentioning that required her attention. Inhaling and exhaling softly, she listened to another conversation between Commander McAines and Ensign Pren. Something about the latest damage reports that she felt she should handle soon as possible.

With a slight groan, Camryn moved her head sideways to crack her neck and soothed her stiff muscle. Taking her arms from their resting position, she ran her fingers through her hair and moved it into one long tail over her shoulder. A stray hair fell as she rose to her feet and turned toward Pren's station. The commander spoke, "I'll handle it."

Adjusting the band around her left wrist, she tapped her combadge, "Bridge to Engineering. She paused for a few brief moments with another thought in her mind. I might have to go down there at some point to Engineering, Ryn grumbled. "What is the status on that damage we took during the last fight."

Might as well stretch the old legs, Ryn mused silently.

Isla turned as Ensign Pren spoke.  she nodded as she listened, her fingers still flying over the keyboard. "Well, that is certainly an improvement," she said with a sigh.  "And good work on compensating in places that haven't been repaired yet."  The ship had taken some major hits and to be back to nearly full strength was a miracle in itself and just showed how the crew worked together.  Before she could think of her next step Ryn stepped up and said she would handle things.  Isla nodded, leaving it in the commander's capable hands.

As the door to the Captains Ready Room slid closed behind him, Kh'eldor stood straight and walked across the bridge to the tactical station where a couple of officers stood. A Marine who was guarding the entrance to another room eyed Kh'eldor suspiciously as the Klingon approached. One of the two officers manning the station looked up and then shut down a few screens of his station. Kh'eldor wasn't insulted in the least by the action, instead he grinned and thought to himself, 'Wise precaution.'

Stopping in front of the two Starfleet officers he held out the PADD he had been given and said, "I was told by the Captain to give this to Lieutenant Murtaugh."
